I agree w you. Though, is Dean-o out on his tour the South and bring them into the Dim fold campaign about now?
If so, maybe he's too busy to be on the shows. OTOH, if everyone was clammoring to see him at all his events, one would think the MSM would provide wall-to-wall coverage.

Very Funny to watch.

It originated on late night TV, Leno or Letterman, I can't remember which because I switch back and forth since nightline became unwatchable, you're right VERY FUNNY.

Really?

I just looked before the panel signed off and it definitely looks black. If it's scarlet it must be the deepest shade possible...The buttons looked red, though. Maybe it is a very very dark red, but it looked black.

At any rate, the men were laughing at her and that was cool.

It's clear ABC is getting desperate.

Atleast R-nold is entertaining.

Dowd is a joke. Russert must get some sort of kick-back from the Times for having her on his program.

My interest is that this low-class stuff is making it into the mainstream press.

This is quickly becoming all that they've got in the arsenal. It's obvious enough that Iraq is rapidly starting to stabilize that even Friedman was forced to write a somewhat optimistic column on it where he tried to take all the credit for the outcome on behalf of the left. The other MSM talking heads are wistfully hoping that a civil war will break out - when they're reduced to that, it's clear that the Iraq cupboard is running dry.

So of course they'll pick up this sewage about Dr. Rice and the President and imply it is fact. Try as they might, they're never going to pin a real scandal on George Bush. Even if there actually is one out there, they've so demolished whatever credibility they have left when it comes to Dubya that no one will believe them if they report it. Why not try to invent a sex scandal and titillate the public with it?

I'm no McCain fan but that is an AWFUL pic. He's barely recognizable!

"Bayh will win because he is the only one who doesn't have an obnoxious personna. The fact that he is a two-faced liar won't show up in the debates."

Good assessment. Bayh's dangerous because he's not a nobody to the correct circles, but nobody knows who he is. Even some FReepers think he's a moderate, and he was Edwards' DLC groomer.

Gah! Then I turn to the Steffie show and see Donna Brasil; worse, she's sitting next to Cokie Roberts.

Blah Blah Snivel Snark Snark ad infinitum. Think they're tuning up for a Hildabeast / Condi faceoff?

Gad! Picture in my mind of Hillary whipping off a mask, revealing ... wait for it ... Billy Jeff's other cheeks.

I gotta go rinse out my mind, BIJAM.

Luke warm McCain "don't want to second guess the President" regarding objections to Russia selling nuclear fuel to Iran.

BUT!!!

Doesn't want to support the use of the "nuclear option" for overcoming liberal obstruction of judicial nominees.

"We did hold up some democrat nominations...."

As if there is ANY comparison regarding Appellate court nominees.

"Have we always had such constant speculation on the next presidential candidates 4 years out?"

Not since December 2000 - when President Bush beat Gore. Then the following 4 years were nothing but speculation as will the next 4 years.

Meet the MSN agenda! Anyone but a Republican.

"It would be a lot more fun with Laura, wouldn't it?"

I think it would be incredible but the chances are slim and none.

Outside of Dowdy's hatred

I actually think Maureen Dowd was pretty mellowed out today. Safire must have slipped her a quaalude.

She was laying low, almost cool.

..McCain laughs, and says, "Jeb Bush--if you like dynasties and all that."

He goes on to say he likes Jeb, but the field is wide open, and it depends on how the economy, etc., is going.

If it's a dynasty with a proven conservative track record then BRING IT ON!

She is not funny .. she is not honest and she comes off as a arrogant ignorant witch

Bush is liar but Hellary trying to act like she is a conservative isn't?
