The death penalty was recently set aside in the state, so it's doubtful that he will get lethal injection.

Have they released a name yet? Obviously some people in Wichita know his name, since they were interviewed as his neighbors.

The death penalty is still here. It was only temporarily suspended for a few days for some reason.

Right, but wasn't there some kind caveat given to the Carr Brothers....something like, "OK, there's no more more death penalty, but we made an exception in your case."
I think 4 people are still gonna' get the needle...

poster 'Palladin' on your thread says the mans name is Dennis Rader and he is a dog catcher for the Park City, Kansas Parks Dept.
To: baltodog
Im surprised the Carr brothers are still around, they must be in the 'celebrity solitude' wing of Leavenworth.
To: gopwinsin04
There's even more on down the thread...larger picture near the end..I feel very sorry for his family..We think we can't be fooled..but we can.I went to the crime library site and read about the first multiple murder..Horrific.
