In 1969 I was walking through Grand Central station in my Marine Greens with some difficulty. It had been only two weeks since the Doc's had dug several pieces of shrapnel out of my back. I was concentrating on reaching the sit on the train waiting for me.
A short blond girl raced in front of me and spit in my face repeatedly screaming "baby killer" at the top of her voice.
That was particularly ironic. I had taken the shrapnel when I jumped to cover a little girl that had been walking on a road when a NVA mortar round went off behind her.
This guy is simply wrong, wrong headed, and as much a contributor to evil as those butchers that deliberately murdered children in Iraq before the US military came.
I hope hell has a special circle all set up and waiting for him.
It makes me so sick that that happened to you.
Please know that there are many more of us who would step and intervene if we see that happening to anyone in uniform, than those who would actually do it. God help any leftist pig who shows disrespect to a member of the US military in my presence.
I believe hell does have a special place for these sick cowards.
