"Tenth amendment. But in anycasse, the onus is one the one making up the fairy tale to prove that the fairy tale is true."

Tenth amendment, huh? So when the 21st amendment repealed Prohibition, the power went back to the states, right? Because of the tenth amendment? That is what you're saying?

Then tell me, Mr. Tenth amendment. Why did the 21st amendment include a Section 2, taking the power from the federal government and turning the power over to the states?

Geez, according to you, all we needed was Section 1.

More crickets. You don't have a clue.

The onus is on you to prove your fairy tale, not the other way around.

The tenth amendment says if the power isn't given specifically to the federal government, they don't have it.

You don't have a clue.

Have you ever used an illegal substance?

More crickets.

The Twenty-First amendment expressly granted a federal power to assist in the enforcement of state prohibition. Yet more proof that the federal government had hitherto had no such power.
