My blood bank doesn't take any blood from any man who has had "sexual relations" with another man since 1977.

I was surprised when giving blood, they would refuse if someone had been sent to prison. I asked if it because of prevalent sex. She said yes, that's why. I would have thought the PCers would have changed that.
