Brother Terri's bone scan was read by Dr. Michael Baden. He said it showed MULTIPLE areas of fractures, some in different stages of healing and that her neck injury was consisent with STRANGULATION. someone can post the report for you. There were broken ribs, partly healed ribs etc. Very very good evidence of a long time abuse.

That is his excuse...that Terri once said she wouldn't want to live by artificial means. We have only Michael's word, supposedly corroberated by Michael's brother and his girlfriend(???) or someone close to him like that, and it was even admittedly an offhand remark she made about a tv program showing a woman hooked up to and being kept alive by machines. Which has nothing to do, really, with the situation now, with her needing only a feeding tube, and perhaps not even that if she were given therapy, and with him wanting to starve/dehydrate her to death. But I for one don't believe him even that much.
Yep...but as long as he doesn't divorce...he will be eligible for a catholic wedding with Jodi...so...Terri has to die!

Now that's a point on which we agree!
I believe that Terri's life has value and dignity even though she is mentally disabled.
Life is important, but living a good and holy life is the most important to me. Terri is a saint in this regard. She is happy with what God has given her. I don't believe it's ours to take away. God will take her home with Him when He is ready for her. We shouldn't be in the business of pushing people out before God says it's time.

However, if the money was withheld, and taxpayers (or the family) paid for the care, then there might be a lot left. There is no evidence (that I can find) that the award money went to Terri's care.
Did you not hear the doctor say that sometimes these babies grow into children. That is what the deathers are afraid of. Not being able to breath on your own does not mean you are dead or ought to be killed.
The fact that her mother is a nut means nothing as to the moral and legal issues.
