On the radio as breaking so far!
Woeful ignorance in these matters, but can't help wondering if the Schindlers could make the case that Terri was never given the minimum proper care that her husband was awarded the money for, most specifically the crucial therapy that was promised. Could have made a difference? Just a thought.
"he will never find peace..." Think you are wrong. MS exibits all the symtoms of a sociopath. He's enjoying all this. He'll celbrate all his life that he comanded such control over so many, not just Terri. I've seen his kind of control freak before.
That sounds right to me. It's well documented how Jane Roe was scooped up for a political agenda.
He has all but legally done this...
He is living with a fiance...he plans to marry her in a Catholic wedding when Terri dies...They have 2 children together...
In my opinion, he has a conflict of interest...how can you be allowed to force your wife's death legally, when you will profit from it by being able to marry the mother of your children, inherit the entire estate etc...?
I agree with you. He has no conscience and is void of empathy.
Sorry to tell you, such things are the norm elsewhere too. Believe me, the politians live in a different world. I've seen it myself (unfortunately).
Yeah .. where's Susan Sarandon and Sister Prejean (sp?), the nun she played in the movie .. who are so heartbroken at the death of convicted murderers and expend SO much energy for criminals??? Ya there, Susan .. Sister?? aaah, I thought not.

PLEASE TAKE TIME TO MAKE SOME CALLS ON BEHALF OF TERRI!!!! THE CALL YOU MAKE MAY BE THE ONE THAT SAVES HER LIFE!!!!
There is so much wrong with this case, so many things that logically would tell anyone with a modicum of common sense and a grasp on reality, that the husband has MANY motives for wanting Teri dead.
So some medical a-hole at that Hospice is going to stop feeding Terri. Can you imagine anything so ghoulish?! Why doesn't the Hospice REFUSE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE MURDER OF TERRI?!
Which hospital currently employs Michael Schiavo?
Thanks.
That's why we use a program where our kids are instructed at home. Here they've had 3rd graders "protesting" on the capital steps. I agree about the source of those 6th grade letters. Nauseating.
Well, that's what I thought about OJ you-know-who, too, but I don't see much evidence that he is suffering . . . although his little girl recently got into some trouble. Only God knows.
More likely he's trying to think that killing Terri might not be the best way to escape his past actions. If he turns Terri over to her parents, that action might make him look like enough of a good guy to prevent anyone from trying to pin attempted murder charges on him. By contrast, even if he succeeds at killing Terri, there's enough attention on this case that he might not be able to escape prosecution. And a jury with even half the facts in this case could very easily find him guilty of Murder One if not Capital Murder (what are the requirements for a death sentence?)
I think the Schindler's had lousy legal representation until recently. That's my opinion. But then again, Florida is one hell hole that the devil is having a heck of a good time in. Remind me never to step foot in Florida unless I'm protesting the killing of some innocent person. Sheeeeeesh already!
If he divorces her, he can't have a catholic wedding with Jodi.
If he divorces her, he has to share the estate with whoever ends up caring for her(as guardian of her estate).
If he divorces her, she may recover and incriminate him in her "accident"...attempted murder has no Statute of limitations!
Hospice is only supposed to be for terminal patients... people that are dying. Terri is not terminal and I don't understand why she is still in a Hospice...other than Felos used to be a board member...he stepped down when people started yelling....conflict!!!
