No, the bone scan was not brought into evidence at the trial.

Thanks.

Clarity is good.

Like I said, you can't even read a court document without lying about it. Everyone can see that.

"Dang Tex,

You are dangerously logical. In a world driven by subjective impressions, half baked analysis, and crackpot conclusions you are a breath of fresh air. William Of Occam would have been proud. You are undiverted by irrelevancies, smokescreens, and the superfluous. You bore down to the essentials and find the diamond.

Impressive. Wish I could sift it down that well."

Wow. Thank you!

May I have that in writing to show my husband? lol

comments on the therapy done at the Hammesfahr Neurological Institute.

Also:

-- Dr. Scott Russell, a neurologist who had a stroke, came to Dr. Hammesfahr approximately 10-12 hours after stroke. Dr. Russell, a specialist in stroke and brain injury, testified that his chances of ever having full recovery with his impairment having lasted over 3 hours, was less than 1%. He further testified that within 10 minutes of starting treatment with Dr. Hammesfahr, his speech returned, and he returned to full duties the next day.

-- Dr. W. Flanagan, a physician who was forced to retire due to paralysis from a stroke, testified that after undergoing treatment with Dr. Hammesfahr, he was able to return to practice, and himself opened a stroke center in Georgia patterned using Dr. Hammesfahr’s technique.

IN ADDITION, Dr. Jacob Greene, eminent neurologist, publisher of numerous articles and books in neurology, and a Professor of Neurology, supported Dr. Hammesfahr’s new approach to the treatment of Stroke and Brain Injury.

In an earlier article, it was stated:

A panel of the state Board of Medicine found probable cause to believe that the alleged violations against Hammesfahr occurred and the case went to an administrative trial in May. A recommended order by an administrative judge is pending. The Board of Medicine has the final say.

Hammesfahr "engaged in false, deceptive or misleading advertising" involving "a treatment that is contrary to current neurological knowledge," the Department of Health said in an administrative complaint.

Hammesfahr, who denies the accusations, faces a range of penalties if the judge finds he violated state rules,

including the permanent revocation of his medical license.

He was found not guilty!

And -

Dr. Hammesfahr's still practicing the controversial therapy in the State of Florida without the State stopping him!! What does that tell you?

If you believe that a politician or a party could care about saving one life you've been misled all these years.

LOL.

Politicians make deals to get things done.

Please save the supercilious advice and observation for those in your life.

"hypopotassemia"

The correct term is hypokalemia.

Welcome to freerepublic.

If and when she dies, there is an order for cremation.

KNOW WHY? So he can harvest her organs and sell them, and no one can prove he did.

What is Judge Greer's interest in all this? Why has he supported Michael?

It's the eyes, man. The eyes.

I believe that that would cause the life insurance policy to be terminated.

BUT, what if you RUN the insurance company that holds the policy?

P.S. Michael won't be removing the tube, and that won't kill her.

They don't have to remove the tube at all, all they have to do is not PUT FOOD IN IT ANYMORE.

Eventually she will die, and Michael cannot be blamed.

All this going on and on when there is a very simple solution.

We have tried for the simple solution. Michael refuses to give Terri to her parents, even if they let him keep all the insurance proceeds. The judge won't let them have Terri. (he wants her corneas)

Too many GOOD ORGANS to harvest from a relatively young woman. Too big a risk she might recover and tell the cops what she remembers happening the night she 'fell' down the stairs, landed face down on a pillow, and smothered while her husband sat on her back, talking to her brother on the telephone for an hour before calling 911.

I can accept what you say as valid. About bone bruising, etc.

What I find hard to swallow, is why Michael got on the phone with her brother for an hour before calling the paramedics.

Why he stated when this first occurred (in reference to her possibly not recovering any further) "I don't know what to do, Terri and I never discussed anything like this".

The moment he got the INSURANCE PROCEEDS, he stated that "Terri said if she ever got like this, she would want to die".

Why he refuses to divorce Terri, why he is living with another woman, why that woman has her own INSURANCE COMPANY, and is there a policy on TERRI under that company?

Why he refuses to let her have rehabilitative therapy, and has refused so ever since he got the INSURANCE PROCEEDS. Why he refuses to allow the parents to videotape her, anyone to videotape her.

Why Terri often undergoes the symptoms of INSULIN OVERDOSE after each of Michael's 'private' visits?

Why nurses who 'discuss' Terri's responsive actions are FIRED.

Answer these questions, and I'll have a much better feeling about the analysis you give.

I usually use the term hypokalemia too, but either one works, and her medical chart uses the term "severe hypopotassemia" right there in bold at the top of her chart, and I didn't want to confuse those who actually took the time to read it this time.
