Could you answer a question, do you think that Ronald Reagan would support this effort described in the article. I can only speculate, but I don't think he would have a problem with it. How does this differ from any "community watch" program in residential neighborhoods?

That's why Ronald Reagan was the first one to propose NAFTA and signed amensty for illegals, completely different, than what President Bush has proposed.
