It did, actually. Though I'm becoming increasingly convinced that I'm bipolar because during my good moods, my head starts racing and I come up with all these lists of things I have to do, sometimes just for the day and sometimes life plans. It's very productive but it does sound a lot like bipolar. It gets very hard to sit still though and I tend to be very jittery during these periods.

But how was your day? We talked about me so much yesterday that I forgot to ask how you were doing.

I am fine thanks visited mum today she still has a nasty cough but seems OK in herself she ate her supper OK so not too concerned about her.

I have day off work tomorrow dad has his monthly hospital appointment and I am travelling with him so do not have to be up until mid morning so I can stay around for an hour or so.

Keep positive thinking you have your best days ahead of you

Hi ilovew
You may have the correct diagnosis. From reading your posts these past many months I have seen similar symptomology. With bi-polar there are 3 forms also another
branch, Cyclothymia. There are meds for this but with any
type of depression you have to try different ones and at various mgs. If you don't follow Drs. instruction and
don't stop the meds on you own as there may be some other
that may help.
With Any depression there is no cure, just a job of keeping
in a somewhat level form.
