Vanity: Please help with my kid's science fair project
T MInus Four

My seventh grader is doing a science fair project involving "handedness". She needs a larger sample for her data. If you would like to help, please do the following: clasp your hands together with your fingers intertwined. Report which thumb is on top and if you are right or left handed. Thanks for your help! Standing outside the grocery store didn't work, even with tootsie rolls as a thank you. People were too afraid we were selling something!

That tootsie roll tastes kinda "flat".

Here ya go. Kerry with his hands clasped. Can't see which thumb is on top, but we all know he is a far lefty.

"It isn't going the way she was expecting!"
This is a hallmark of all true science: if the things do go the way one has been expecting, it might be comfortable, but is boring - and no new knowledge is gained thereby. This probably is the best lesson ever to be had from this science fair.

Right handed - right on top. Sampled the 3 little kids in the house who had no reason to even think - 3 righties, with three rights on top.
