Yes, I think it was stupid of them to sue. Are they going to find someone to sue every time she freaks out? And by taking up the time of the courts and the police, taxpayers pay the bill for this frivolous crap. Our court systems are overloaded with lawsuits because people refuse to deal with their own lives and can't function without an arbitrator. All she had to do was produce a hospital bill and agree to not pursue the issue in the future and the parents would have paid. But according to what I have read they are preparing additional lawsuits against the parents, so she couldn't sign because of her "principles".
Additionally, the girls paid the fine right after the verdict. They never asked for anyone to send them money, and I certainly never did. But people did, so they turned it over to charity. Real bad seeds, these kids.

Additionally, the girls paid the fine right after the verdict. So why didn't they pay up front, months before Mrs. Young had to take them to court to get it? You act like they are saints for paying AFTER the court made them have to pay.
