Republicans try to do the decent thing and give the nominees an up or down vote.
Democrats are not bound with such scruples.
Estrada withdrew his name from nomination.
Yes, I know he did after he was repeatedly denied a vote by the democrats. I would like for Bush to renominate him anyway and try to bring more pressure on the dems to allow him an up or down vote.
I would like that too but Estrada isn't interested in more grief. It is our loss.
