What is going on with the USMC? Please read Rowan Scarborough's article on this in todays issue. This young patriot needs some help. The article mentions his mother's web site www.DefendtheDefenders.org. I am going there now.

Some readers may find it more convenient to have a direct link to the article: http://www.washingtontimes.com/national/20050214-121803-1937r.htm.

We need to free ourselves somehow from the CLinton-era military policies. PC is killing our troops!

What can the average citizen do to actually help?

Free ourselves of lawyers and politicians willing to sacrifice our troops on the altar political capital with their lives and futures...

Sec Def Rumsfeldt should act on this asap

This is even a greater travesty than then what they tried to do to Lt.Col West....

And when they gave Gen. Janice Karpinski a complete pass.

imo

I can't help but wonder if this is a direct response to
Hanoi John Kerry-and th econtroversy raised over his medals? That the US NAvy wimped out and refuses to consider
that many of John Kerry's medals seem questionable from testimony of those who served with him(swiftboat veterans)
I really question if the Marines(and perhaps other branches) are not attempting to make sure they do not allow such questions to bite them in the butt as the controversy caused by the Traitor Hanoi John Kerry and his
run for th eWhiteHouse as a War Hero has bit the US Navy.

I see this as an attempt to undermine and soften the Marine Corps. This might be a blessing in disguise. We have a fine fellow Marine, who looks like he is well represented withb great legal counsel.Maybe we can get the name and bacground of every officer who allowed these charges to get this far. Sounds like a good shoot to me. If someone pointed a gun at me and said, "stop" I'd stop. No brainer.

Just wait. Pretty soon we're going to have to start reading these
scumbags miranda rights before they are respectfully detained for trying
to kill one of us; which is just a misdemeanor by the way.
