Kingston is NOT "upstate" - it's "downstate" to real NY'ers
(we call it north jersey)
Kingston is rural, but getting overrun with downstate gangs
It's also the "overnight stop" for all the drug traffic coming north to albany and beyond
It's also right next to woodstock - where all the hippies who never grew up reside - and hatch people like Jason West (Mayor of New "Putz" paltz)
"Chuckie" and "Hildebeast" are going to be on this like stink on a water buffalo
Buffalo is not "upstate" either - it's "western tier"
I'm thinking gang or drug related.
Many years ago, flying home on leave from Madrid (1969 )into JFK..struck up an aquaitance with an attractive young lad. She didn't realize I was a native NYers..when I asked her where she was from, she said a "samll town in upstate NY"..I asked which one..she said New Rochelle..
