Yes, she said it looked like a pistol. But I don't think she is very familiar with guns. I'm not either, so I wouldn't know the difference. But she did say the guy fired one "round" by which I think she meant just one "shot".
No report of any dead people yet.
I suggest that only the wounded that could make it out are amoung the counted. The dead are still lying there and not being counted as the media is still on the outside. Until the entire mall is cleared of all perps the time won't be taken to move the dead to the outside.

Dang - after watching the video, I wonder how anybody's supposed to hit anything with that. Not exactly what I'd call aimed fire there.

911 Dispatch: "Is there a gun?"
CALLER: "Well, duh! Its in his hand and hes shooting people"
911 Dispatch: "So, its a hand-held gun right?"
Caller: "What? People are getting shot here! Of course its a hand held gun! Hurry and send cops and an ambulance!",
911 Dispatch: "So to be clear, its not a bipod or tripod supported weapon, right?"
CALLER: "We need help, and I left my gun in the car since its against the law to defend myself in NY, please hurry".
911 Dispatch: "So, we have one (1) non-crew served weapon being used by a husky black male, and ANOTHER evil gun in your car? Is it a hand held gun? Sir, you are breaking the law, we are sending out units to arrest you right now."

You are correct Aprege, all of Newburgh IS NOT ghetto and thankfully there are people involved everyday working hard to try to clean up the CITY OF NEWBURGH.
Funny that Hillary hasn't been back to see the latest developments since her last visit during her campaign.
