I've read a few articles about Condi Rice awhile back, where she supports abortion but thinks Roe vs Wade should be overturned and the matter left to the states.

Even if this is the case, she's still pro-life for practical purposes. What matters is that she thinks it should be left up to the states - whether or not the states should support abortion is not a presidential issue.

Does anyone have an exact quote from her concerning abortion?
