It's your call - the red pepper isn't so overpowering, but I prefer to use only jalepenos. I also strain it so my jelly is clear, but you don't have to do that either.

Can anyone tell me where the photo is of the clouds, that after being turned sideways, looks like the profile of Christ?
I have only done a cursory search but am still in the process.
