He's lucky that parrot did not grab his tongue. My sister had an African grey and if your finger came within 12 inches of him, he would cleave it clean off.

Okay, that was a bad thing to do, and the guy should be hammered in a civil suit.

But if yanking the head off a bird is a criminal offense, then I and every other dove and quail hunter should be in the slammer.
