How about a storm system, or a tornado. Are the air molecules intelligent?

If by "intelligent" you include the attribute of personhood, I don't think so. But I am fairly certain every particle of the universe expresses itself collectively in such a way as to manifest design and intelligence.

I see. So your criteria are just a wee bit more liberal than those of Dembski or Behe, in that you feel justified in asserting that anything made of anything is Intelligently Designed.

Do you mean to suggest that we accept this as a scientific principle?
