Nope. Its a real thing. The Commission on Global Governance, a UN group, wrote a book. I inquired and they sent me one. The plans are all there, and they ARE carrying them out.. bit by bit.

Its not a secret, not a conspiracy, people just don't seem to want to talk about it.
