He's used to dealing with Bubba.... who just happened to have a stack of stones on the beach so he could make a cross. And also had American flags knocked over on some graves at Normandy so he could "happen upon them" and fix them.

Yea,,, and staged his ( Bill Clinton ) fake crying scene in front of all American to see coming back from RON BROWNS funeral.
One min , we see him laughing, and when he sees the cameras are on him, he fakes a tear for RON BROWN, then, when he thinks the cams are not on him, he goes back to laughing again.
If that ain't staged, I don't' know what is.
