A wake up call at 4 in the morning?
yes- the politicians and most rich people I know keep incredible hours- I actually know people who are IN THE GYM in our office building at 6 AM after an hour drive in to work.
I have started doing this (early to bhed and early to rise) and it changes your whole life- I get 300% more done each day.
