Perhaps, in the unfortunate event that someone makes another full-text post from TEJ, you would consider something like the following [feel free to use any or all].

Please do not post the full texts of articles from The Empire Joural. Although we appreciate your efforts to get the word out, posting full-text articles interferes with our efforts to determine which articles are popular, which ones are being read by Department of Justice employees, etc.. We appreciate links to our site, including direct links to articles therein, but we must insist that people not post the full texts of our articles.

The moderator has been flagged to delete the full-text citation in your post. Anyone who would like to read the article may do so at [Linked Title].

Put the above message [or something similar] in a copy/paste buffer so that you may use it when the need arises. Although you might get impatient at the number of times full-text articles get posted by those who don't know any better, please don't take it out on those who are trying to be helpful. If you use a pre-written form response, you can avoid letting any annoyance escalate to the benefit of Michael et al. and the detriment of Terri.
