A big lie. He DOESN'T respond most of the time when the argument goes against Michael's position. Just the other day, he refused to let the DCF attornrey even speak, left her petition in his office, and didn't even refer to it in his terse ruling of Friday, denying any more stays.

The fact that the state agency did not start work on the case this Saturday morning seems disturbing. This agency must be given overtime pay clearance to work round-the-clock, it would seem to me. An 8-5 schedule M-F won't be enough.
