The fact that the state agency did not start work on the case this Saturday morning seems disturbing. This agency must be given overtime pay clearance to work round-the-clock, it would seem to me. An 8-5 schedule M-F won't be enough.

Well, how do we know they haven't?

It wouldn't surprise me if Greer has placed the DCF petition in the "circular file", unread.

After all, he's "not comfortable" with any more stays, as if the prospect of Terri starving to death slowly and in a MOST uncomfortable way bothers him in the least.

Now I wonder if the governor will do anything to counter this latest in a long series of judicial smackdowns by the "honorable" George Greer.
I tend to think not.

I hope to God I am wrong.
