Here it is from Speaker Bense. It may be a form letter, but at least it is a Terri email.

Dear Constituent:

Thank you for your email. I appreciate you taking the time to contact me regarding this very important issue.

If Terri Schiavo's family chooses to continue the fight for their daughter's life, I hope they will explore all of their remaining legal options.

I believe if we are going to make a mistake in this situation we should err on the side of life. Therefore, if the Legislature can find a way to help Terri, we should pursue it aggressively. Unfortunately we have not yet identified an appropriate action, in addition to those we've already taken, that would be helpful.

What we do know is that this has been a painful tragedy for Terri and her family, and the Florida Legislature is currently working on legislation to ensure that no other family is subjected to the same confusion that the Schindlers have endured.

Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone involved and, of course, especially with Terri.

Speaker Allan G. Bense
Florida House of Representatives

--- ---

Please save Terri's life. This case is not going to go away. If Terri is put to death by the state of Florida, we will continue to make this case known to the general public.

Florida needs to repeal the law that allowed starvation and dehydration of the disabled. This should never have been passed in the first place.

All one needs to do is look at the videos of Terri and see a beautiful human being who is brain damaged but certainly responds to her surroundings. She smiles and laughs at her father's jokes. Her beauty shines through when her mother visits. Terri is so alive. One can't help but wonder how Judge Greer can live with himself for trying to kill Terri.

Please go and visit Terri. Do not allow the nursing staff to have Terri drugged up before the visit.

Just got email from Conservative Petitions

Legislators will be leaving town tomorrow!!!!!

ALERT: If we're going to get Florida's legislators to step in and save Terri Schindler-Schiavo's life, we need you to make to make two quick phone calls TODAY.

Barring some miracle, Governor Bush and the Florida legislators are our last hope to save Terri. But they're LEAVING TOWN on Thursday (2/24), and won't be back until MARCH 8TH.

Out-of-control judges and greedy lawyers are trying to remove Terri's feeding tube THIS WEEK. We've got to get the legislators to take action NOW.

TAKE ACTION: TIME IS RUNNING OUT for Terri. We desperately need you to CALL your state legislators NOW, before they leave Tallahassee. Click below now to find your legislator's contact information:

http://www.rightmarch.com/florida.htm

Scroll halfway down the page to the section labeled "My Elected Officials". If your "FL Senate" and "FL House of Representatives" information isn't already there, then enter your address and city information, and then click "Go". Scroll back down to that section, click on your "State Senators" name, and call the phone number listed in Tallahassee, asking him or her please take action IMMEDIATELY to save Terri Schindler-Schiavo from being starved to death.

Then click the back button, click on your "State Representatives" name, and repeat the process.

When you call, you can say something like this: "I'm calling to ask you to please take action IMMEDIATELY to save Terri Schindler-Schiavo from being starved to death. We must not allow judges to kill an innocent handicapped woman. Please, do whatever it takes to save Terri Schindler-Schiavo from being starved to death. Thank you."

NOTE: If you don't have the time or ability to call, you can still send your state legislators a FREE email message at http://www.rightmarch.com/terri2-fl.htm asking them to take action to save Terri's life.

The parents of Terri Schindler-Schiavo still need our financial help to fight this battle. They're holding press conferences, prayer vigils, traveling to meet with Gov. Bush and other leaders, and so much more. There are so many expenses in a case like this it is mind-boggling and overwhelming. Please give ASAP; the need is urgent now, and time is critical:

Be sure to send this Alert to everyone you know who wants to help save Terri's life. Thank you!
