Check with St. Pete JC. I did. They don't have a dental school there, but do teach a dental hygiene program.
In Florida and most, if not all other states, Dental Hygenists are not permitted to perform surgical procedures such as pulling teeth and there is no program where they are trained to. Dentists pull teeth- not hygenists!
You need to control your "troops".

Thanks for checking, even though your reasons may be to put down Terri's supporters, we don't want to start any false rumors.
However, there may still be some truth to the information provided by Floriduh Voter. First, of all, someone may have gotten the college name incorrect. Second, this is a 4 year dental hygiene program so they are more advanced than most dental hygenie programs. I don't think they would allow them to pull teeth either (I don't know for sure), but the program does say they study peridontics. They may have been part of a group that watched a dentist perform the extraction so that they could study and take care of the gums afterwards. I still want to know who performed the extraction and if they gave Terri pain killers and if they could hear her screaming as reported to Floriduh Voter.
Maybe some of the dental students will come forward.
