This sounds like a new avenue to explore. Maybe you could find out more about this case by calling the local channel. The Feds should be looking into Michael's report that the Brother was a terrorist. If a law was broken in the one case, it was broken by Michael too and deserves to be investigated.
also, if Terri dies, Michael might be facing lawsuits, such as OJ. I vaguely recall a Law & Order Criminal Intent similar to Terri's except that the husband wanted to keep her alive -- although he had tried to kill her -- because it was to his benefit.
