Good. I remember Gordon now. He used to post here then disappeared.

One thing, I've noticed about this case, is that if you go back and look at the filings, so many of these issues have been raised before, but never went anywhere.

I'm thinking that there wasn't enough attention to get the media on the Schiavo's side. Pam Anderson, Chris Ferraro and others have presented some of the same arguments and were not listened too. Obviously, unless the media gets involved, Judge Greer and others like him around the country will ignore the law. Thanks goodness for the Internet. Now that its use as another media outlet has skyrocketed, I think it is making the biggest difference in this case.

Pam Anderson was a very good attorney and fought hard for Terri, but David Gibbs comes off as a much better media persona, along with being a very good attorney.

The part about Terri being put in Hospice and paid for by Medicaid when SHE WAS NOT DYING, is precisely why I emailed Sen. Hatch, and also Fr. Pavone and asked him to contact Sen. Hatch...the point is Federal Agencies are also ignoring the law, and Congress has oversight responsibilities.

Then Hatch made this Senate floor speech in which he talked about Madison County, IL, being a corrupt jurisdiction where junk lawsuits run amok and no plaintiff can get justice. So, we have the same thing in the FL judicial system.

Then Theodore R. popped in to say not to count my Hatch before he chickens...to which I replied that I know that joke and truism, but it wouldn't stop me from trying to call this to his attention.
