it's called politics---all too many times I have seen the cop outs where the executive and legislative branch wont tangle with the court but yet the court legislatives from the bench, engages in a total violation of the separation of powers doctrine and then grins and says---judicial immunity.
That's not what it is, it's judicial tyranny and it must be stopped. Activist judges must be removed. I am just amazed that the voters in Florida returned George Greer to the bench
"Men in Black" is a new book out that addresses the issue of judical tyranny, but only at the Supreme Court level. I haven't finished reading it yet, but it is a real eye-opener.
