Today, George Felos faxed a letter to Judge Greer stating that Greer no longer has jurisdiction to issue further stays and that Schiavo will proceed the remove the feeding tube on Feb 22 at 1:00 pm. Felos indicated that he will authorize hospice to remove her feeding tube tomorrow despite Greer's order.
Wow, can an attorney do this? The judge ordered a stay and now he is saying they will kill her anyway?
This is insane! Now the attorney is telling the judge what to do?? Does he have something on the judge? Someone said earlier, could it be possible they are hanging themselves? This is turning into a circus, horribly tragic if it occurs, but it should serve notice that things are horribly out of control in this country.

Judge Greer should hold Felos in contempt of court, since he's saying Judge Greer lacks jurisdiction anymore over this case.
Felos is beginning to show his looney side that was exhibited in his book.
If he and Michael attempt to remove Terri's tube tomorrow that should be plenty of justification for Greer to appoint a new guardian. If he was smart he would use the opportunity to get out of this mess before he is impeached.
Now that Judge Greer has issued a stay, I hope they do try to remove Terri's tube. Without a court order, the doctors will not be able to comply without breaking the law.
I think we could finally get Gov. Bush to act if this comes to past. Hopefully, Michael S. and Felos continue to show their arrogant attitude.
