I surely have brought it up to the principal posters. It's been a long while, and my main point at the time was that this was a Florida statute and the federal government has no say in it.

My mention of constitutional concerns turned them off.

Many good people have died in the name of our Constitution and Bill of Rights, and it's important that we preserve them.

Even so, on the outside chance that something was being overlooked, I did my part in writing and calling. I don't want to see this woman die, particularly as an act of vengence on her husband's part.

This new attorney has renewed my hope.

Yes, Terri's parents' new attorney does seem very sharp.

Michael has admitted on tv that he is doing this because he doesn't like his father-in-law which negates that he is doing this because it was Terri's wish.

It sure seems like a legal plus for Terri to me.
