I just found out. I was on her side against the moderator, until she threatened to sue Free Republic. I can't really blame Jim. He had already told her the articles could be added to News/Activism.

I know she rescinded the ban, but Jim has already gone through a few lawsuits and he doesn't need anymore.

Hopefully, the Empire Journal will continue to publish articles on Terri on their own site.

If the Admin Moderator who started all of this wants to make a public apology and retraction of his crass attack, allowing posts from The Empire Journal on the sidebars as extended news and breaking news, if warranted, fine. Otherwise, my position remains as is. It would be very nasty to have to bring litgation against Free Republic for posting material without permission and I think they have already been through that."
