This is both a Federal and State matter. The national media have covered this case so it is in the national spotlight and is across state lines. The Hospice of the Florida Suncoast, Inc. is involved with the Veteran's Administration. That is Federal. This organization is holding Terri hostage and threatening to follow orders of Michael to starve and dehydrate her to death. This is against the law. This certainly crosses over into Federal matters. You can't dangle this in the national spotlight and expect to just sit back and watch someone be murdered by dehydration/starvation. It's morally wrong and against the law.
I disagree. Like I said, the last time the feds nosed their way into what should have been a State of Florida affair, we got the Elian mess. Millions of children have been aborted because abortion went from being a state matter to a federal one. We really have to be careful what we ask for sometimes.
