This is both a Federal and State matter. The national media have covered this case so it is in the national spotlight and is across state lines.

I disagree. Like I said, the last time the feds nosed their way into what should have been a State of Florida affair, we got the Elian mess. Millions of children have been aborted because abortion went from being a state matter to a federal one. We really have to be careful what we ask for sometimes.
