It lays out the reasons why Greer cannot act as Terri's guardian and also gives us the link to file a complaint for residence of Florida. We need to have as many complaints on file as possible with the State of Florida.
"Section 744.309(b) specifically states “no judge shall act as guardian after this law becomes effective, except when he or she is related to the ward by blood, marriage or adoption or has maintained a close relationship with the ward or the ward’s family and serves without compensation”.
Any resident may file a complaint with the Judicial Qualifications Commission of the Florida Supreme Court which has consistently ruled that a judge may not serve as a guardian."

Has Judge Greer ever answered the question of why he has authority to act as Terri's guardian when it is specifically prohibitted by law?
Thanks, I'm doing taxes today and haven't kept up with all of Terri's threads today.
So glad that the Empire Journal is covering this story from every angle.
Maybe if everybody emailed the same place, all day long, we'd get attention. If we overload them, they might get the message.
First day we could aim at Jeb Bush's email, next day Martinez and right on down the line.
That's what I'm wondering if we could get more organized. I'm also wondering if we should be targeting the media outlets.
Fox News has been carrying teasers about the lady who just woke up from a coma after 20 years. They finally had the story on.
I watched it when it came on and didn't realize how many similarities there are to Terri's case, except that the lady is in a nursing home receiving therapy and doesn't have an abusive husband, while Terri languishes in a hospice without therapy or rehabilitation.

As you are all aware Terri's days are numbered and she NEEDS our help BEFORE Schiavo and Felos pull her feeding tube and starve her to death!
This week there are TWO important events THAT WE WILL NEED AS MANY SUPPORTERS FOR TERRI TO ATTEND!!!
Please join Terri's parents and other supporters at Woodside Hospice this week where Terri is presently kept as a hospice patient.
