Unfortunately I know from experience those that have been kind and considerate loving people that when they suffer from dementia can turn into violent hurtful and very often have incredible strength. This happened to my nan she would get hold of your flesh and twist it till you cried out in pain and then she would get all upset and cry that she did not mean to hurt you and then do it all over again.
