After watcing the replay, Barney howls with laughter at Ted Kennedy's speech.

Like his Boss, Barney stands for liberty, too.

Ever mindful of his duty, Barney considers joining the uniformed Secret Service to protect the WH grounds from Ted Kennedy.

I'm so glad Barney lets the President and Mrs. Bush, and India(Willie), and oh yes, Miss Beasley share his house. He does keep it spotless.

Barney, do you think Ted Kennedy would fit in that crawl space? I agree it would be a fitting hideout for the slime ball but he'd need lots of help to get in there. Very round peg in a squared hole.
