There will be a lawsuit...the only question is how long before it's filed. "Federal agencies, county agencies, need for cooperation to be ongoing...." lists sheriff's department, fire department, assures the public this case will not be closed until all the answers are found.

Oh, I hope so too.
Heard earlier, the engine block of the Jeep was found under the train, the clearance is 3". It was the wedged block that lifted and forced the train off the tracks.
