7-LA reporting that driver of Jeep Cherokee had decided to commit suicide this morning, drove vehicle onto tracks, and changed mind at last moment and exited the vehicle.Unbelievable.

It would have made SOME sense, in a blackened and twisted sort of way, if this were a terrorist attack. A suidide who changes his mind and causes all these innocent people to die....this is beyond comprehension
