Commuter train derails in Glendale

GLENDALE, Calif. - A Metrolink commuter train derailed early Wednesday in this Los Angeles suburb, and firefighters were searching through the wreckage.
Television reports showed smoke coming from twisted wreckage at the scene of the crash, where two separate trains could be seen derailed.
The derailment in this Los Angeles suburb was near San Fernando Road and Chevy Chase Boulevard.

They are saying a rear collision, maybe involving 3 trains??
FF not sure about derail or collision.

Lived in Claremont Ca 2002 and that train ran right past my home all day every day. Often thought about taking it to LA some time just to be doing. God bless all the victims.

Heard nbc 4 report... Metro picked up in Ventura County and was headed to Union Station (Los Angeles) full of passengers.
3 now reported dead.

Reporting there was also a fire after the collision.
Each car can hold up to 100 people.
