I find the FR is great source of information not just from the main posts/forums but also from individuals who post to them we are a diverse bunch from different walks of life with different experiences and therefore different types of knowledge.

Hi snugs, and I thought I was alone again.

The first piece of information was regarding the number "1,00,000". I pinged Bah Bah and comment about the creative numbers of the democrats....Someone more worldly than I said it was a number used in India, gave it's name* and said it equaled 100,000.

Yes you are right FR is a great source of information.

The article is from an Indian paper. India has a number, the lakh, which is 100,000. They punctuate it as 1,00,000.
