I live 20 miles west of Boston, and woke up this morning to 8 degrees and frozen pipes that burst and took out my garage ceiling. Cost me $813 just to be able to flush my toilets again -- not counting what it will cost us to repair the damaged ceiling. Not to mention that my sunroom is leaking from the weight of 2-1/2 feet of snow on the roof. 69 degrees straight up right now at 351 p.m. Party cloudy, nice pacific breeze. And people think were crazy to live in Cal. Hehe.
