I have tried to post a photo before but all I got was the dreaded red square after about 4 attempts I gave up.
Interesting trying with stew normally in Britain we eat them with roast or chops.
I like potatoes with a roast -- yummmmmmmy, and it brings back good memories from Sunday childhood dinners. Being on Atkins, I don't get a very large chunk of a potato any more; however, I do like to have the little portion. I was thinking about using the Yorkshire pudding to soak up the stew juice.
