Yeah but it was ESPN that brought it to TV, at least to a main cable station.
Of course that's part of my problem with dog shows, the only thing they do with the dogs is stuff I never would. Where the sitting on the couch watching TV begging fritos from the owner part of the competition? That's what I want to see in dog shows, how they behave as pets, don't care how a dog looks after it spent an hour on the grooming table, I care how it behaves after spending an hour chasing thrown object in the park.
