I must say the Steeler fans were much more reasonable this past week than most of the Indy fans I had to deal with the week before.
LOL! Very similar here. When they opted for that lame field goal I looked at my overweight, somewhat lazy male cat and said, "chances of us winning this game now is about as good as you catching that mouse down under the kitchen sink. Slim to none!
Well, there's always next year. I keep trying to be philosophic about this, but it drives me a little crazy when a coach doesn't let the players WIN or LOSE the game THEMSELVES.
I feel for the players, and you know what they all must be thinking as the days go by............ what if we had tried to jam it in there on the 2 yard line. I guarantee you that they would have a much more settled off season, fewer regrets, if they would have had the chance to go for it. It's a shame for the players.
Personally, I'm moving over from football now to Maria Sharapova in the Australian Tennis Open. Wonderful 17 year old girl! Check her out

LOL., thanks.
That may be because we're getting so used to having you guys thrust the knife into our hearts about this time of year!
Any chance Brady will retire soon????
:-)
With the way Belichick has staked out a claim it's hard to track them as seperate trees. NFL coaching is a lot like 70s heavy metal, everybody's related to each other at some point.
Sorry. I think he's going to be tormenting NFL teams with critical third down completions for many more years to come.
John Kerry is a huge Pats fan too.
Mike Brady is his favorite or is it Peter Brady.
Also, that Earth Wind and Fire is a wonderful perrformer on the field an in Vegas!

Kerry couldn't name one guy on the Patriots offensive line.
I am sure that his favorite receiver of all time is some chap named Morgan Stanley.
He is too good of a coach to waste his time looking at film that does not include Trotter. You really think that Eagles D is going to stand around and watch the PATS become a "dynasty". The PATS know better. They expect to be hit and hit hard. If Brady wins this game easily, I will be convinced of his "greatness". I think he will be wearing an Eagles jersey by the end of the game.
He's so smart he reminds me of the great Rocket Rod Laver on the tennis courts back in the 60's. That man was a determined genius on the court.
He won't look just at that game but he will take some things from it I'm sure.
"tormenting" -- perfect! LOL!
With the Great Karnac heavy on my mind these days, I suggest:
May the fleas of a thousand camels nest in Tom Brady's short."
;-)
I'll bet he'll claim he was at Foxboro Stadium when the Patriots beat the Dolphins for the 1985 AFC championship. Never mind that the game was played in Miami.
ooooooooooh, them's fightin' words.
;-)
Since my team is out of it, I'll predict:
Patriots 31 -- Eagles 16
I think Philly will hang in for about a half and then the Pats will pull away.
You nailed it-- that was a pure Martyball move, kicking that darned field goal.
No doubt. I am sure he will be flapping his gums soon enough
Maybe he can go out on the field and use that girly noodle arm of his and try to throw a football 5 or 6 yards!
Maybe he will show up at Lambert Field because that is where the "test match" is being played.
