An indictment that accuses an East St. Louis official of attempted murder of a witness officially acknowledges for the first time that federal authorities are investigating voter fraud in the city.
Although Kelvin Ellis, who heads the city's department of regulatory affairs, has not been charged with voter fraud, the indictment makes clear that agents have been investigating him for that since early October.

Need I mention that, without a Republican in the White House appointing US Attorneys that actually CARE about the law, this wouldn't have seen the light of day?

Does anyone know the 2004 election figures for Philadelphia, Milwaukee, and Seattle? How close did these areas get to 100% voter participation? And how close is voter registration in the cities above to their respective adult populations? According to the Milwaukee Election Commission publicly-released results, there were 396,600 "pre-registered" voters and 277,344 total ballots cast (with 276,732 votes recorded for President). Some side notes (most, if not all, of the details scattered among the threads with the keyword T.P. Pole linked to):
- There are approximately 430,000 adults in the city of Milwaukee.
- The 396,600 "pre-registered" voters does not include the number of registrations processed between October 26 and November 2 (an estimated 15,000-20,000) that represent "new" registrations as opposed to those that represent a change of address within the city.
- There were approximately 83,000 same-day registrations in the city (no word on how many were "change-of-address", how many were "duplicates"-self-defined as those who decided to re-register at the same address as they were already registered at, and how many represent "new" registrations.

"That was St. Louis City, Mo. which is a story onto itself."Who can ever forget about a dead person filing suit to keep the polls open longer so that more dead people could vote for a dead candidate. It was Election Day jaw-dropping, bald-faced Rat fraud to deny legal voters a right to a fair and free election. At least they caught the impersonater who filed the suit. Too late though, the damage was already done by the Gephardt cronies.

If anyone wants to see what America would look like with liberal social reforms, without conservatives to contest them, just take a ride (if you dare) through E. St. Louis.

According to his indictment, within two days of learning about the witness's contact with authorities, Ellis worked on a plan to plant one-half ounce of crack cocaine on the witness and have her arrested. Conversations between Ellis and an undisclosed person were apparently recorded. The talk shifted from a set-up to Ellis' alleged instructions to "dispose of her." What is with the DNC and using drugs for bribes? I remember the crack head in Ohio that was paid in crack to fill out bogus voter registrations. The DNc needs a new ad
The NEW Democrat Party! Our votes get higher only when you do!

You really need to learn how to excerpt AROUND the leftist Bias.
Way too many will miss this... (How these 3 paragraphs arent the lede speaks to the leanings of the editors....)
Ellis, 55, of East St. Louis, came under a spotlight publicly when FBI agents raided City Hall on Nov. 23 and took from his office computer hard drives, boxes of files and his lizard-skin briefcase. He's a Democrat precinct committeeman with ties to other leaders in the city.
According to his indictment, within two days of learning about the witness's contact with authorities, Ellis worked on a plan to plant one-half ounce of crack cocaine on the witness and have her arrested. Conversations between Ellis and an undisclosed person were apparently recorded. The talk shifted from a set-up to Ellis' alleged instructions to "dispose of her."
The other person showed Ellis a photograph "depicting what appeared to be the murdered" witness, the indictment states. The other person told Ellis, falsely, she was thrown to the bottom of Horseshoe Lake in Madison County.
