Looks like a COLD Pats-Steelers game tomorrow with lots of snowbanks on the sidelines. I wonder how they plan to get all that snow out of those seats in time for the game? Last year, a snowstorm hit just before a Pats-Dolphins game and the fans had to literally shovel their own seats out! I remember a radio announcement telling fans to bring their own shovels to the stadium!

I'd also bring some of those Thermal Care thingies to heat assorted portions of my anatomy :)

Patriots fans tossed snow in glee at Gillette Stadium after Tedy Bruschi's late interception and touchdown iced a victory over the Dolphins.

Hi Sam...yes, it will be a very, very COLD game tomorrow night in the 'Burgh. Local newsies are covering this storm continually and how, of course, it will affect THE GAME. So far I have seen reports of when and how the parking lots (on the North Shore) will be plowed, where the snow will be trucked to, how early the lots will open (5 hours prior to game time, and don't show up one minute earlier!), how the grounds crews at Heinz Field will keep up with their snow removal, how PennDOT will clean and clear the roads, etc. As to snow in the seats...I would guess they would attempt to clear the stands as well (monumental job there).

Well, I am off to get provisions (have a Ford Explorer) for PaFamily here...nacho chips, must find nacho chips...

It's going to be a great game, no matter what happens, Sam, but the Pittsburgh snowfall is probably going to top off at 6-8 inches...not TOO big a deal. The real weather drama tomorrow will be in the early game. When the storm hits the ocean, snow production is supposed to explode. Philly can expect a pounding, so they say.
