If you open them in MS Photo Editor and save them, it will reduce the size tremendously.

Since you have the hi-speed to upload such large images, might I suggest you get over to the Irfanview.com site and download his award-winning top of class freeware viewer. Then you can reduce size and save out as 150k jpgs, or something.

Get JPEG-Optimizer (www.xat.com) and reduce those humongous file sizes. Yikes!

somebody needs to open a photo editing program and reduce the size of those pictures, even on broadband they are slow.

I finally figured it out.

We would like to see the pictures, but they're about 4 times the size of our computer screens, and take forever to load, even with DSL.

Nothing personal ... I couldn't upload a picture to save my life. I have to pay my kids to do it!

Great job of taking pics, Krasdorf. I need to resize mine and put them on my site. Might take a couple of days, 'cause I took nearly 300 pics. The ball was great fun, everyone! We are a lively bunch!
